I am offering up a room for $487.50 in a 3 bedroom townhome + den/office in Flagstaff, AZ.
The townhome is located near the intersection of Route 66 and Fanning. Close by is a CVS, Sizzler, Village Inn, Chevron, Arbys, Safeway, Walgreens, Little Ceasars, and the Museum Club (aka the Zoo). It's ideally located by the Flagstaff Mall and only a 10-15 minute drive to NAU and Downtown Flagstaff. It's almost 1400 SQFT which you would be sharing with only myself and my Great Dane. (So hopefully you don't mind a dog!) There are 3 bedrooms and only the master is occupied and the room for rent is a smaller master with a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs in the hallway and 1 downstairs. The room for rent has vaulted ceilings in the room, is high speed internet ready, and a balcony with a pretty view. The townhome is two stories: UPSTAIRS -The Main Master (my room) -Second Smaller Master (for rent) w/ Balcony -Bathroom -Guest Room DOWNSTAIRS -Living Room -Dining Room (Sliding Door to backyard) -Office / Den (Sliding Door to front patio) -Small Backyard -Kitchen: In the kitchen is a bar counter, new microwave, new oven/stove, garbage disposal, fridge with ice maker, and a washer and dryer. -Bathroom Utilities would be 1/2 of the gas, electric, and water. If wanted the high speed internet would be $20 a month, split from $40. Rent would be due on the 1st of each month and the utility bills split evenly. Also you get 1 assigned parking spot in the parking lot, which is literally right outside the front door. On another note this is an end unit townhome and the only wall it shares is the living room wall with the neighbor. If you were interested in having a dog (or 2) I don't think the landlords would mind as I have a dog living with me here. As long as your dog would get along with an extremely affectionate Great Dane, it wouldn't be a problem since there is plenty of space in the house to run around. I would check with the landlords beforehand. Security deposit on move-in is pending. My landlords are pretty laid-back and live in Tucson, AZ. A little about myself- I'm a 20-year-old female. I do not go to school at the moment. I'm a cook and work mostly evenings. I do smoke (but not in the house). I'm kind of a nerd and a bookworm. I like video games. Drinking. Hiking. Relaxing. Etc. I've lived in Flagstaff for 2 years now and don't plan on leaving for a few more. The lease is up in June of '09 with option of renewal. I would prefer a responsible male roommate within 5-6 years of my age (no creepy old dudes).
